Pomegranate Mango Martini

Have you ever found yourself wanting a signature cocktail? Every spring I go through a phase of wanting to have a signature cocktail to offer when the need arises. In preparation each spring I taste test new creations. This pomegranate mango cocktail was a welcome sight at the end of a long day. 

Please know I am not a mixologist…but I appreciate things that taste good. A cocktail that starts out with a bottle of pomegranate juice and ends with a sprinkle of blueberries straight from the freezer. Full of flavor and little fuss.

It pays to take a moment to welcome in spring and all it has to offer. For once instead of looking up as I often do, I looked down.

Pomegranate Mango Martini


  • 2 ounces vodka
  • 1 ounces vermouth
  • 4 ounces pomegranate mango juice
  • splash of ginger simple syrup
  • squeeze of lime or lemon
  • handful of frozen blueberries


  1. In a shaker filled with a few cubes of ice, mix the vodka, vermouth, juice, simple syrup. Shake this until combined. Add a squeeze of lime or lemon juice before pouring out into a martini glass. Top with a splash of seltzer if you are feeling fancy. Sprinkle in a few frozen blueberries to keep your martini cool.
