The Everyday: Week 21
Pretty colored flowers everywhere!
This is rhubarb juice with some vanilla bean, ginger and a touch of honey. I swear it has magical powers – I had SO much energy!
Bacon was baked, corn was roasted in the oven and I created this chowder. Kale, too? Ok! Recipe soon!
Last rehearsals with my students. I will miss these students!
The ‘I am way too tired to cook dinner’: Rice, one carrot, one parsnip and leftover roast herbed chicken stir fry. Add a little drizzle of balsamic glaze and this gets moved to the fancy category in no time flat.
