Storm clouds loomed large this week. I paused to play Dar Williams “Storm King” on repeat. I thought of Pete Seeger and the legacy he left behind.
Fresh pineapple (or any fruit) is so darn delicious right now. It makes me so happy…and the baby squirms in delight. Winning.
Sweet Z and I stumbled upon a new music/ art venue nearby. It is a hidden gem tucked away in an old mill building. There were two beautiful singers performing this night. In between sets a huge flock of chimney swifts were flying round and round an old chimney to take shelter for the night. It was a beautiful, calming sight to see these birds roost for the night. The music? Pure magic!
Barreling into 29 weeks with 10 weeks left until we meet this little baby! I am savoring each moment and filled to the brim with gratitude. And maybe, just maybe, my eyes are filling with tears a bit more? Hormones or a great sense of peace and well being? I will let you decide.
